Inner Freedom Technique Hypnosis

  • +Hypnosis is a state of focused attention and heightened suggestibility that allows individuals to access their subconscious mind, or “personal” unconscious.

+The theory of hypnosis suggests that it is an altered state of consciousness where the conscious mind takes a back seat, and the subconscious mind becomes more receptive to suggestions. In this state of deep relaxation and increased receptivity, clients are able to tap into their inner resources and make positive changes at a subconscious level, where deeply ingrained beliefs, emotions, and behaviors reside.

+By accessing and reprogramming the subconscious patterns, individuals can transform negative thought patterns, overcome limiting beliefs, and achieve personal growth and positive change.

+The felt experience is one of a softening and opening up of the mind, a perceived change in the “emotional charge” about the desired events, and a relaxation of the parts of the body that the client subconsciously associates with difficult experiences and emotions.

+Inner Freedom Technique is a hypnosis modality intended to help a person transform painful experiences, feelings, beliefs, and other perceived limitations into more positive states of feeling and being.

  • +Hypnosis has been found to be effective in addressing anxiety, depression, emotional trauma, OCD, stress, fears, phobias, pain control, weight, addiction, poor habits, and facilitating changes in one's perspective.

+It’s important to note that individual responses to hypnosis may vary, and the success of hypnosis as a therapeutic approach may depend on various factors such as the skill of the hypnotist and the client's readiness and receptiveness to the process.

    1. Preparation: Becoming relaxed and focused, free of distraction.

    2. Pre-Induction Talk: General education on hypnosis will be provided, addressing any misconceptions or concerns you may have; the purpose and benefits of trance; and clarification on your role in the process as an active participant. You will decide together what the focus of the session will be and what the goals are.

    3. Induction Technique: Together, you will choose an induction method that suits your needs and preferences. Common techniques include progressive relaxation, visualization, breathing exercises, or guided imagery. You will be guided through the chosen induction process, providing clear instructions and suggestions for relaxation.

    4. Suggestion: Once you have entered a deeper trance state, your specialist will work on resolving the main topic(s) of concern.

    5. Monitoring and Adjusting: Your responses throughout the session will be observed. The induction and suggestions may be modified as needed based on your level of responsiveness and comfort.

    6. Gradual Reemergence: Towards the end of the session, you will be gently guided out of the trance state and back to normal waking consciousness.

    7. Integration: You will have the opportunity to reflect on the experience and integrate the changes that occurred during the trance state. You may share your insights, thoughts, or feelings, and address any questions or concerns you may have.
